Junior Event Coordinator


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Event Management, Marketing or a related field

  • Prior experience in event coordination is preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Familiarity with event planning software is a plus

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines


  • Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish

  • Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events

  • Help with venue selection, catering arrangements, and event setup and breakdown

  • Create event timelines and schedules to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly

  • Assist with managing event budgets and keeping track of expenses

  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current event trends

  • Provide on-site event support, including managing event staff and coordinating logistics

  • Assist with post-event activities, such as evaluations and debriefings

Graphic Designer


  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines

  • Keen attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

  • Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus


  • Design and create visual content for a variety of mediums, including print and digital

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and create design solutions

  • Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for marketing materials, social media, and other platforms

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and project goals

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices

  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs meet brand standards and project objectives

  • Provide design feedback and collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency in all design projects
