Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Event Management, Marketing or a related field
Prior experience in event coordination is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with event planning software is a plus
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating events from start to finish
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events
Help with venue selection, catering arrangements, and event setup and breakdown
Create event timelines and schedules to ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly
Assist with managing event budgets and keeping track of expenses
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current event trends
Provide on-site event support, including managing event staff and coordinating logistics
Assist with post-event activities, such as evaluations and debriefings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Keen attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
Familiarity with web design principles and experience designing for digital platforms is a plus
Responsibilities:
Design and create visual content for a variety of mediums, including print and digital
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project goals and create design solutions
Produce high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for marketing materials, social media, and other platforms
Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects
Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines and project goals
Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all designs meet brand standards and project objectives
Provide design feedback and collaborate with team members to ensure quality and consistency in all design projects
